Iranian nurses are interested in using research findings to guide their clinical practice, but say they feel restricted due to a lack of time, support and knowledge of the research process.

Although hands-only cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is recommended for out-of-hospital sudden cardiac arrests it requires more effort and is harder to sustain than chest compressions with ventilations (30:2) CPR, reinforcing the view that rescuers should take turns performing compressions.
