Linearity of the automated TAC assay A standard curve of 0–3 mmol/L of Trolox was assayed on an Olympus AU400 auto-analyzer.
The results of the inhibition of crocin oxidation are presented as the absorbance
at 450 nm. A linear fit of the data is also presented.
