The Cut-Off Index (COI) for patients receiving vaccine 2–3 days and 4–5 days post-vaccine was statistically significant in comparison to the COI of non-reactive hepatitis B surface antigen testing in patients who did not receive prior vaccination (unpaired t-tests with p < 0.01, indicated by **, and p < 0.05, indicated by *, respectively).
