Effect of Payena dasyphylla EA fraction and ascorbic acid on the antioxidant activity. P. dasyphylla showed 82.19% radical scavenging activity at highest concentration tested (100 μg/mL) with IC50 value of 11.64 ± 1.69 μg/mL. Whereas, ascorbic acid exhibited antioxidant activity at 86.68% (100 μg/mL) with IC50 value of 4.03 ± 0.24 μg/mL.
