Protein extracts prepared from the conditioned-medium of cultured NHAC-kn were subjected to SDS-PAGE co-polymerized with hyaluronan and electrophoresed. The gels were then stained with Alcian blue staining solution, destained and detected for cellular hyaluronidase expression. ***P < 0.001, **P < 0.01 and *P < 0.05 significantly different from IL-1β treated control group.
