Increased iNOS expression after hemorrhage/resuscitation - lack of protection by polyphenol
pretreatment. Water- and polyphenol (PP)-gavaged rats were subjected to hemorrhage/resuscitation
or sham operation, as described in Fig. 2, and livers were harvested for measurement
of iNOS protein at 2 h after resuscitation, as described in MATERIALS AND METHODS. A representative gel from three experiments is shown.
