For Sulaimaniyah, the breast cancers identified by specific subtypes are multiplied by a factor of 1.91 on the assumption that untested patients will have the same HR/HER2 expression ratios as tested patients.

The data for US whites and African Americans was from Atlanta, Georgia for the years 2003–2004 obtained through US SEER [7].
