Summarized data for vaginal blood flow. Vaginal blood flow was measured in control (open bars) and diabetic groups (solid bars) of female rats (see Figure 1). Responses to pelvic nerve stimulation were analyzed by calculating the area-under-the-curve (AUC) for vascular resistance (systemic arterial pressure/blood flow) and the percent change in peak vascular resistance and vaginal blood flow (VBF).
