Immobilized His-tagged proteins and E. coli endogenous proteins were detected using an Alexa Fluor 555 fluorophore conjugated anti-His-tag antibody, and rabbit anti-E. coli antibody followed by incubation with ATTO 550 conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibody. The relative purity was calculated using the Equation 1 (text).
