Western blot analysis of biotinylated scFv^P3 purified in a low affinity avidin column and eluted with biotin, detected with anti-SV5 tag mAb (A) or with HRP-conjugated streptavidin (B). The eluted molecules (more than 90% of input) were about 10-fold more concentrated than in the supernatant.
