Recombinant DI binds monoclonal human aPL with the same order of binding as seen with whole β₂GPI. ELISA of β₂GPI (fig. 6a) and his₆-tagged DI (fig. 6b) binding to IS4V_H/B3V_L. IS4V_H/IS4V_L and IS4V_H/UK-4V_L. The same order of binding of aPL to both β₂GPI and DI was observed. Greatest binding was seen with IS4V_H/B3V_L and least with IS4V_H/UK-4V_L.
