Effect of electroporation on GFP expression in zebrafish. Fluorescence images from
control (A) and electroporated samples (B, C and D). (A) is an image taken from the
tissue at the site of injection. B, C and D represent the images obtained from head,
mid-region and tail respectively. Fluorescence from tissue sections from head and
tail of control fish is similar to (A), hence not shown. At least 20 fish were electroporated
in different days with pCMVGFP. We observe some variation in extent of GFP expression
but the expression was always maximum in the mid-region. The presented data is from
one fish.
