Optimization of trypsin activity used for the infection of CR.pIX cells with LAIV
strains A/Singapore (A) and B/Vienna (B). Tested trypsin activities were 1 × 10-6 units/cell (green), 5 × 10-6 units/cell (orange) and 10 × 10-6 units/cell (black). Cells were infected in T-flasks at a CCI of 2 × 106 cells/mL without applying a medium exchange.
