CR.pIX cells were infected with influenza strain A/PR/8/34 in shaker flasks at a CCI of 2 × 10⁶ cells/mL and 1 × 10^-6 units trypsin per cell. Three strategies were performed: infection without medium exchange (■, black), after a medium exchange (▲, cyan) and after the exchange of 50% of the medium (●, purple).
