Representative microscopy images showing a comparison of fluorescence of T2 Arabidopsis (A,D-G) and T1 tobacco (B, C, H-K) tissue expressing DsRed2, DsRed2-ER, tdTomato, tdTomato-ER, pporRFP, pporRFPmut-ER, mOrange, mOrange-ER or non-transgenic controls. Transgenic line designations precede species and OFP identities. Images were taken using an epifluorescence microscope.
