Organ-specific stromal genes. Shown are the results of the genes tested for their
specificity, (cultured prostate vs. bladder stromal cells). Differential expression is gauged by the band intensity
of the PCR products. B2M is β2-microglobulin, which was used as a positive control,
and H2O was used as a negative control for the reaction.
