Linear regression analysis. Serum growth hormone levels (Panel A) or serum IGF-1 levels (Panel B) were plotted as a function of age in a normal female subject group. The results indicated that while serum growth hormone levels were not correlated with age (adjusted r² = 3.03), IGF-1 levels were inversely correlated to age (r² = 0.269).
