Type II
Minimal deformity (>5° retroversion difference)
Type III
Moderate deformity (posterior humeral head subluxation)
Type IV
Severe deformity (posterior humeral head subluxation with false glenoid)
Type V
Severe flattening of humeral head and glenoid +/- complete dislocation
Type VI
Infantile glenohumeral dislocation
Type VII
Proximal humeral growth arrest
