A skin biopsy reveals acanthosis of epidermis, with elongated rete ridges, thin suprapapillary
epidermal plates, absent granular layer and hyperkeratosis. A Munro microabscess (arrow)
is also noticed within the parakeratotic cornified layer. (Haematoxylin & Eosin, original
