The black bars represent percentage of patients in each cost burden category. The gray line shows the cumulative percentage of patients in or below the current cost burden category. Each cost burden category, on the X axis, represents a range of one percentage point, for example, 0%=0 - <1%, 1%=1% - <2%. Only pediatric visits with complete cost records and hospital data were analyzed (N=535).
