The subgroups were compared to a reference level of a 40–49 year old female in control group meeting the ACSM guideline recommendations for physical activity, and has at most seven sick days during the period. Thick lines show the 68% confidence intervals for the difference, and thin lines show the 95% confidence intervals. The diamond area reflects the subgroup size. Physical activity was measured as metabolic equivalents (METs) per week.
