Two corrections need to be made to the paper.
1) In the 6th sentence of the last paragraph in the 'Discussion' section, the prevalence of severe obese - grades 2 and 3 - should read 8% and 6% (not 14% and 6%).
2) In the 7th sentence of the last paragraph in the 'Discussion' section, the projected increase in the prevalence of obesity in Australia between 2000 and 2025 should read 65% (not 70%).
