I'm an Egyptian senior ophthalmology resident , our hospital is close to a hemodialysis center , I saw 2 patients that came complaining after hemodialysis of ocular pain , the epithelial edema didn't allow me to detect AC cells , I gave topical meds , but they came many times with the same complain , I looked all over the literature for an explanation , and here it's , I'm grateful for your report
