Receiver operating characteristics (ROC) analysis based on mean FISH EGFR gene copy
number with response to cetuximab therapy as end point. In this model sensitivity was 96.3% (95% CI 81 – 99.4) and specificity was 90% (95%
CI 55.5–98.3). AUC was 0.95, p = 0.0003.
