After chrysotile treatment the cell culture acquired some features, such as increasing of apoptotic, binucleated and multinucleated cells. The software used to quantify the DNA content made possible to verify the percentage of nuclei with DNA content higher than 5C, and to observe the minimum and maximum values of DNA content in all classes analyzed.
