common hepatic duct (arrow) and cystic duct with attached gallbladder (A). Cross sections revealed an intraluminal tumour of 2.5 cm length and 2 cm in diameter
developing in the cystic duct (B), and protruding into the common bile duct and common hepatic duct (C, arrow).
