Chrysin inhibits HDACs. The data from three independent experiments was depicted in bar diagram. Each experiment was repeated three times. *** represents P < 0.001; ** represents p < 0.01 (C&D) Western blot analysis of class I (HDAC-1, 2, 3, 8) and Class II (HDAC −4, 6) proteins was performed in cells treated with Chrysin (Chry) and TSA at 40 μM and 4 μM concentrations for 24 h respectively. Chrysin was shown to decrease the HDAC-2, 3, 8 protein level.
