Kaplan-Meier analysis recurrence-free survival curves according to GPR49Δ5 transcript levels. Expression of GPR49Δ5 mRNA for 77 patients with STS was correlated with recurrence-free survival. The high
and low cut-off values for GPR49Δ5 were > 7.6 × 10-5 and ≤7.6 × 10-5 zmol GPR49Δ5 mRNA/molecule HPRT mRNA (P = 0.043).
