Comparing slopeA, slopeB and slopeC. The average and standard deviation of the area under the ROC curve (Az) are presented for each of the slopes used in the fractal analysis for all regions of interest. A significant difference was found between slopeA and slopeC in the circular profile, however when all the profiles were compared, no significant differences were found. |
