Therapeutic efficacy of WNIG. Groups of 5-week old BALB/c mice were treated i.p. with 2 mg/mouse IVIG-IL or WNIG on days 2 and 4, or days 3 and 5 after infection with 10 LD₅₀ of West Nile virus. Mice were observed for mortality for 21 days. One group of infected mice received no treatment (control).
