Inhibition of CD4 binding to recombinant gp120 IIIB and BaL, respectively, by pomegranate
juice (PJ). Recombinant gp120 coated wells were incubated with dilutions of the PJ for 1 h at
37°C. After removal of the juice, and washing the wells, biotinyl-CD4 was added, and
its binding to the wells was measured by ELISA.
