There are abundant vacuolus with a reduction in granulation in their endochylema in group M and CP; Granulation in endochylema is obvious (Is this right?). There is no vacuolus in their endochylema in the sham group. These changes in ultrastructure are ameliorated by treatment with Cromolyn Sodium and kotifen in group C and K.
