Compared with that of naïve or sham group, pNR1 and pNR2B in TNBS-vehicle were significantly increased in the spinal cord. Compared to vehicle control, RvD1 could significantly block expressions of pNR1 and pNR2B. *, # P<0.05 compared to sham-vehicle or TNBS-vehicle group, respectively.
