The blue spheres are the initial values, and the tips of the red lines are the final values (arrowheads are omitted). Generally, the initial values are in the lower front corner and the vectors progress towards the top back corner. The normalised change scores are shown in (B) and the graph is oriented to show the general trend and to highlight the two patients that differ from the rest. The ability to rotate the graphs in real time is necessary to fully appreciate the distribution and directions of the vectors in 3D.
