Changes in hemodynamics before and after pulmonary vein isolation. Atrial fibrillation led to deterioration of hemodynamics as shown by the decrease in blood pressure and in urine volume. Pulmonary vein isolation restored sinus rhythm and successfully improved hemodynamics.
