Samples were derived from the non-transformed control Désirée (D), the CgS_Δ90 transgenic lines, C1, C2, C3, and the CgS_Δ90+zein double-transgenic lines, C+Z1 and C+Z2. Skins were collected from 3 × 3 tubers/line. Data are the mean ± SD. Cyanidin 3-O-glucoside chloride (Fluka) was used for calibration.
