Reversal of the inhibitory effect of UK 14,304 on forskolin-stimulated cAMP accumulation. Yohimbine significantly antagonized the ability of UK14,304 (30 nM) to inhibit cAMP accumulation using an unpaired Student's t-test (GraphPad Prism, San Diego, CA), while the α_2B/C-selective antagonist, ARC-239, had no effect. The results represent the mean ± S.E. of 2–9 experiments, performed in duplicate.
