The upper therapeutic serum concentration for each drug was set according to the AGNP-TDM expert group consensus guidelines [36]: clozapine 2000 nM, chlorpromazine 1000 nM, olanzapine 250 nM, haloperidol 50 nM, risperidone 140 nM and ziprasidone 250 nM.
