Groups were treated with 0.0 – 0.8 μg EGLU followed by amphetamine (20 μg) immediately before placement on the corresponding side of the conditioning apparatus. One group received 0.1 μg EGLU alone, i.e. no amphetamine was administered before conditioning sessions. See Table 1 for number of animals per group.
