Immunocytochemistry for neuron specific enolase (NSE) (green) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) (red). Cortical cells were grown in serum-free Neurobasal medium supplemented with 2% B27 for 7 days prior to dual staining and visualization with fluorescence and phase contrast microscopy.
