ANG (blue node) is connected to ALS associated proteins (red nodes) via intermediate proteins identified by expanding the network to include higher neighbourhood levels using NeuroDNet. Proteins that are up-regulated (green circles) or down-regulated (yellow circles) by ANG in HUVECs appear as the third neighbour of ANG.
