Effect of over-expression of GFP-PRDX6 on ROS levels in RGCs following hypoxic stress. Cellular extract was prepared and resolved on SDS-PAGE, and Western analysis was performed using antibody specific to PRDX6, to assess both exogenous and endogenous expression of PRDX6. ~55 kDa protein band was detected as recombinant GFP-PRDX6 protein (A, right lane).
