and cultured in IFN-γ/PGE2. Panel C: IL-10 and IL-12 release as well as expression of the DC maturation markers,
CD80 and CD83 from immature DC transfected with a range CD40L RNA concentrations,
and immediately matured in the presence of IFN-γ.
