The geNORM program was used to calculate the average expression stability values (M) across all four different treatment groups together at 4 days (A), 7 days (B) and 21 days (C) after ACA treatment. B2m is the least stable gene (highest M value) at all three time points. The combination of CypA/Pgk1, CypA/Gapdh and CypA/Pgk1 are the most stable genes at 4 days, 7 days and 21 days, respectively.
