MMS2 Knockdown does not disrupt PCNA polyubiquitination. 293T and Hela cells were transfected with 100 nM of either control siRNA or siRNA specific for MMS2. 72 hours later cells were UV irradiated with either 0 or 30 J/m² and lysed 6 hours post-treatment followed by immunoblotting with an anti-PCNA antibody.
