Due to some formatting problems the labelling of the x- and y-axes in Figure 3 is currently mislabelled in the PDF version. The full-text is correct. Until this is corrected please note:

The x-axis should be labelled: [S](µM)

The y-axis should be labelled: v (µM/min)
