Results obtained for venous leg ulcer sample using pyrosequencing (PRAPS). This table provides the identified genera of the bacteria found using pyrosequencing (PRAPS) in the V sample, the number of sequences corresponding to a given genus, the known gram staining properties, the aerotolerance (anaerobic, anaerobic, or facultative anaerobic) nature of the genus, and the relative shape (rod or cocci) of the genus. |
