Each recombinant fragment contains a C-terminal His·Tag^® used for purification. The AP65 protein is illustrated above the clones, and numbers indicate the relative positions of amino acids. R is the relative position of rabbit antiserum reactive epitopes, and M and M' refer to epitopes reactive with mAbs 12G4 and F11, respectively, as determined before [18].
