MS spectra of the recombinant thioredoxin reductase Glit. Protein identity of the recombinant thioredoxin reductase Glit was confirmed by MALDI-ToF MS whereby peptides (following tryptic digestion) were identified yielding 13 peptides matched and 37% sequence coverage.
