Parameters (mean ± SEM, in C57BL/6J mice used for intravital microscopy studies) were measured 4 h after the intraescrotal injection of saline, LPS (0.05 μg/kg), unloaded or LTB4-loaded MS (1 mg/ml) and LTB4 solution (200 ng/ml); (n = 4), from two different experiments.
